Notice to new clients:

I am currently only offering services through Telehealth utilizing a HIPAA compliant platform.

I accept a variety of different insurances and self-pay.

I am currently not accepting new clients and have a waitlist. I will begin accepting new clients in December 2026 to be scheduled for January 2027.

Covered Insurances -

Cigna, Aetna, Regence/Blue Cross/Blue Shield, First Choice Health (FCH), Optum/United Health Care (UHC/UBH)

Couples & Marriage Therapy -

$230 per 50 minute session

Individual Therapy for Adults -

$160 per 50 minute session

I believe therapy should be accessible to everyone who seeks it -
I offer a limited number of slots for sliding scale options. If cost feels like a barrier to starting therapy, please reach out to discuss available options.
